The Office of Decision Support strives to provide our customers with timely, accurate, and clearly presented information.

Please note, at this time, ad hoc data requests may require up to 10 business days to complete. Requests that are more complex or comprehensive in nature may require more time. Submission of this form will generate an email to the address specified and will indicate that your request has been received and put in our queue. To expedite your request, please include and/or attach relevant instructions and data definitions in your request.
