Data in the warehouse is refreshed overnight. As of 8:00 am every morning all jobs should have finished and the most recent data is available for use. However, there are occasions when there can be a delay in processing. If you have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The data that is currently available in the warehouse includes Census Snapshots, Admissions, Financial Aid, Historical Mainframe, and Records and Enrollment. Details of the data that is available for use can be found in the data definitions.
Census Snapshots - Currently there are several data sets that capture data on a specified date for institutional and compliance reporting. These include snapshots for enrollment, financial aid, and transfer courses
Admissions - Admissions data includes information about those that have applied for admissions and those that have been accepted. Basic biographic/demographic information, program, plan, department, test scores and prior school data is included.
Financial Aid - Financial aid data includes data related to ISIR and Financial Aid awards.
Historical Mainframe - This includes data from applications on the mainframe that was archived for historical purposes.
Records and Enrollment - This includes current student contact information (name and address); student academic information (career, academic standing, academic level, major/minor of study), and course information (classes enrolled, class enrollment status, grades, units taken).
